Employees are encouraged to take ownership, collaborate with their teams, and grow their skills within the organization.The Overnight Maintenance Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment used in food production and packaging. This position will perform preventive maintenance, facility repairs, equipment troubleshooting, and safety inspections while working closely with production teams to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently.Job DutiesDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment failures and complete necessary repairs.Perform preventive maintenance and replace defective parts using hand and power tools.Perform facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical repairs, patching walls, and other general maintenance.Maintain accurate work orders, service logs, and parts inventory records.Follow GMP, food safety, and workplace safety procedures while working with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.Pay: $28.00 per hourSchedule: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–4:30 AM.
