Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking and independent judgment. Deliver triage, treatment and supportive care for trauma and emergency patients of all ages in an acute care setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans; communicate clearly with patients and families. Maintain accurate and timely documentation; monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition. Advocate for patient safety, adhere to infection control practices, and ensure continuity of care across shifts. Requirements Active, unrestricted RN license (California) or eligibility to practice as required for this assignment. Prior ER or acute care nursing experience preferred. Ability to work evenings and 12-hour shifts; capable of coping with high-acuity, fast-paced environments. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills; ability to coordinate care with diverse teams. Eligibility to work in the United States; ability to commit to a 13-week assignment. Demonstrated professionalism and adherence to established standards of practice and patient privacy.
