Regional Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B outside sales experience
• Proven ability to develop new business and expand existing accounts
• Strong hunter mentality with a consistent record of prospecting and closing
• Experience managing a multi-state sales territory, willing to travel extensively within the Southeast
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience selling through distributors, dealers, or channel partners highly preferred
• Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in 5 years)
• Residing in Georgia or Northern Florida strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with strong industry experience

Regional Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience in access control, electronic security, gate automation, construction products, or building materials
• Background selling into multi-tenant housing, apartment communities, HOAs, or commercial construction
• Demonstrated success with CRM management and sales forecasting

Regional Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share across the Southeast
• Prospect, identify, and secure new B2B business while growing established accounts
• Build partnerships with distributors, dealers, contractors, integrators, and end users
• Maintain and actively manage a healthy sales pipeline, consistently achieving revenue growth targets
• Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions
• Travel throughout the region to cultivate relationships, represent the company at events, and support customer success
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and successful project execution
