Investment Banking Associate / Vice President - Industrials

Overview Level: Investment Banking Associate / Vice President Industry: Building Products / Infrastructure Oaklands Global is proud to partner with a highly regarded boutique investment bank that is actively expanding its Dallas office. We are seeking ambitious and driven Sr. Associates or VPs with a strong background covering Industrials including building products and Infra, and a proven track record of executing transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing platform where you’ll take on meaningful responsibility, work directly with senior bankers and clients, and gain exposure across a diverse set of debt financing solutions. Key Responsibilities Assist senior bankers in sourcing potential acquisition targets and draft LOIs with target companies. Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses as well as financial modelling. Frequent meetings with prospective targets, clients, senior bankers, and other transaction advisors. Coordination of transaction processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions. Preparation of proposals, transaction marketing. Organize and participate in marketing and client meetings. Qualifications A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in investment banking M&A. Experience in financial modelling across DCFs, LBOs, valuations, etc. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & PowerPoint. Strong communication skills and able to work with tight deadlines. Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
