About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Physician RCM to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and results-driven leader with a strong background in driving P&L performance, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering key partner program relationships. This role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day RCM operations, maintaining financial health, and leading a high-performing team. The Vice President will be responsible for strategic planning, financial management, and ensuring that the business unit is aligned with the company's initiatives. A key aspect of the role is to continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the unit's performance and to partner with the Head of Physician RCM in managing BPO partnerships. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 8-10 years' of experience in RCM or healthcare operations, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role. A strong understanding of U.S. healthcare reimbursement systems, payer policies, and revenue cycle KPIs is essential. The role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with RCM platforms and automation tools is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in managing P&L and achieving financial and operational targets, with a focus on continuous improvement and a customer-centric approach.
