Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions focusing on the emotional dynamics and conflict resolution strategies that strengthen familial relationships.

• Assessing client needs through the provision of comprehensive mental health evaluations, utilizing assessment tools and therapeutic frameworks tailored to each family’s context.

• Addressing a variety of issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, job-related stress, and family conflicts.

• Developing personalized treatment plans and appropriate therapeutic interventions aligned with best practices in the field.

• Facilitating workshops or group sessions for families navigating challenges such as blended family dynamics and communication barriers.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within our community health clinic to ensure integrated care for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse families and individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will work alongside clients dealing with a wide array of challenges, from adjustment issues related to separation and divorce to conflicts within family dynamics. Emphasizing an individualized approach, your therapeutic techniques will address the unique aspects of each patient's situation and family unit.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
