Schedule: Full Time; onsite; Weekend rotation required

Your place in our story

We are looking for a service-driven professional who will create welcoming experiences for clients and homeowners. You will proactively engage customers, build rapport, and guide them through Minto's communities and products with confidence-driving qualified leads to our onsite locations and exceeding satisfaction goals. Your role is key to maintaining a positive home-buying journey for every customer.

Here's how you'll contribute

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure timely follow-up.
• Professionally communicate via phone, email, and in person with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Convert phone and online leads into onsite appointments and traffic.
• Coordinate smooth handoffs between outreach and onsite sales teams.
• Follow up within 24-48 hours after visits for additional appointments.
• Maintain engagement through proactive communication and accurate CRM documentation.
• Track appointments and sales logs for reporting.
• Maintain current knowledge of communities, products, plans and industry competitors.
• Support company events, grand openings, and broker functions.
• Be proactive in approach and execution of daily tasks to ensure customer engagement and process efficiency.
• Uphold positive attitude, professionalism, and compliance with company processes.

• Active real estate license within FL and SC within 90 days of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or new home sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to engage confidently.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM data entry.
• Strong commitment to data accuracy, CRM discipline, and compliance with established procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work productively under time constraints.
• Results-driven with a strong desire to exceed performance expectations.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
• Receptive to coaching and able to consistently apply feedback.
• Open weekend availability.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for training or work events.
