Director of Digital Marketing

Job Overview: Search Solution Group is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing on behalf of our client, a Financial Services company. This role will lead digital marketing strategy and campaign execution across multiple channels, helping strengthen brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate will bring strong digital marketing expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across sales, product, compliance, and technology teams in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives. Lead digital campaigns across programmatic advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms. Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM programs, including campaign development, audience segmentation, and lead management. Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI. Ensure digital campaigns consistently reflect the company's brand voice, positioning, and creative standards. Manage multiple campaigns, projects, timelines, and priorities while ensuring high-quality execution. Partner with Sales, Product, Compliance, Technology, and other internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing initiatives. Monitor industry trends, digital marketing developments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. Anticipate potential issues and proactively develop solutions to maintain campaign quality, compliance, and performance. Provide reporting and insights to leadership on campaign performance and digital marketing effectiveness. Requirements include: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a related field. Experience within asset management, financial services, or another regulated industry strongly preferred. Hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Skills: Strong digital marketing and campaign management skills. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms; Pardot and Salesforce preferred. Programmatic advertising, SEO/SEM, and email marketing experience. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Certifications: No specific certification required. Knowledge: Digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization. Marketing automation and CRM systems. SEO/SEM, email marketing, and programmatic advertising. Brand strategy and advertising principles. Digital analytics, campaign reporting, and ROI measurement. Marketing considerations within regulated industries.
