Step into a rewarding behavioral health opportunity supporting elementary schools as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in a contract assignment based near Easton, PA. Provide essential services across multiple school locations, making a direct impact on students' educational experiences during the 2026-2027 school year.
In this pivotal role, you’ll consult, collaborate, and empower staff and students by implementing effective behavioral strategies and interventions. With a consistent weekly schedule of 35 hours (8:15am–3:45pm, August 24, 2026–June 10, 2027), you’ll join a school community dedicated to positive change.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania BCBA or LBS certification required
- Hands-on experience in school settings highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptability to work across multiple elementary locations
- Commitment to best practices in behavioral support and data-driven interventions
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized support plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster inclusive learning environments
- Provide ongoing consultation and training to educational teams
- Monitor, record, and analyze student progress, making data-informed modifications
- Offer expertise across up to 11 elementary school sites, rotating locations as scheduled
- Participate fully in the interview process, which includes an administrative interview and a team lead meet-and-greet, ensuring the best caseload match
