Step into a pivotal role supporting elementary students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in a dynamic contract position. This opportunity is available at multiple elementary buildings in the Bethlehem and Allentown region. You'll have the chance to positively impact young learners across different campuses, with administrators committed to collaborating with you to tailor the ideal caseload.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania BCBA or LBS certification required
- Experience working in elementary school settings preferred
- Strong behavioral assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to travel between multiple buildings based on weekly scheduling
- Effective communication and consultation abilities for collaboration with school teams, administrators, and families
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering direct and consultative behavior analytic services in elementary schools
- Conducting functional behavior assessments and designing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Training and supporting educators, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure successful student outcomes
- Monitoring progress and regularly updating intervention strategies
- Traveling between assigned school sites as needed; schedules may vary daily
- Participating in collaborative meetings, including initial interview with admin and a meet & greet with the team lead, to ensure the best caseload fit
With a standard workweek of 35 hours (8:15am–3:45pm, Monday through Friday) from late August through early June, you'll enjoy consistent daytime hours and a rewarding professional experience within a supportive school environment.
