• Experience working with elementary-aged children is strongly preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for elementary students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing data analysis
• Work with building administrators and special education personnel to address student needs
• Provide training and consultation to staff, ensuring consistent implementation of behavioral strategies
• Adapt to a dynamic weekly schedule that may include rotating between various elementary school buildings
• Participate in interviews with both administration and team leads to tailor caseloads that match strengths and interests

This contract offers a 35-hour work week, beginning late August and extending through early June, with school-day shifts from 8:15am to 3:45pm.
