Highlights of this role include a consistent Monday through Friday schedule (8:15am – 3:45pm) spanning from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, totaling 35 hours each week. Work will be onsite, rotating between various elementary school buildings as needed. The specific caseload will be thoughtfully determined in collaboration with administrators during the interview process, ensuring the best possible fit for your skills and preferences.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Current, active BCBA or LBS certificate required (Pennsylvania state certification mandatory)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Demonstrated skill in creating and implementing behavioral support plans
• Adaptability to different building environments and a willingness to travel locally between sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and collaborate with school teams to develop effective intervention plans
• Support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families through data-driven recommendations
