Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary schools in the Quakertown, PA area. We’re seeking passionate professionals for contract roles throughout the academic year, providing vital behavioral support across multiple buildings in a well-established district.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with school administrators and team leads to determine the most suitable caseload, ensuring your impact is both meaningful and manageable. The assignment spans 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:15am to 3:45pm, starting August 24, 2026, and concluding June 10, 2027. Your schedule may vary throughout the week, offering the chance to engage with diverse student populations across several elementary sites (not all buildings are included).

Key qualifications and experience:

• Current and active Pennsylvania BCBA or LBS certificate (required)
• Proven experience in implementing behavior intervention plans within school or similar settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
• Flexibility to work onsite across different elementary locations as scheduled
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and positive student outcomes

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Consult and train staff to implement recommended strategies effectively
• Collect data and monitor student progress, adapting plans as needed
• Advocate for students’ behavioral needs in collaboration with educational teams
