Technical Analyst Support

Salary: $91,400 - 187,000 per year Requirements:

• We lead the investigation and resolution of high-severity technical incidents and escalations.
• We develop, enhance, and support core infrastructure services, integrations, and automation.
• We improve system performance, availability, security, observability, and disaster recovery preparedness.
• We define technical standards, document architecture and support processes, and mentor junior analysts.
• We analyze recurring issues and implement permanent corrective measures.
• We participate in on-call support and incident response when needed.
• We collaborate with customers to understand their needs, guide implementation, and translate feedback into product improvements.
• We work closely with the broader development organization to help shape the service roadmap.
