Deputy Program Manager

Supporting the delivery of Army Finance modernization initiatives, the remote Deputy Program Manager will coordinate day-to-day operations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), manage staffing and schedules, and ensure program continuity during implementation and deployment phases. Key responsibilities Coordinate program delivery across workstreams and partners, aligning team commitments with approved priorities Maintain visibility into staffing and resource needs, escalating gaps and coordinating corrective actions as necessary Support Agile planning and cross-team coordination while ensuring alignment with program governance and change decisions Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in IT program or project delivery, with at least 3 years managing multiple teams or workstreams Experience in enterprise ERP or financial-system modernization and federal program delivery coordination Proven ability to manage integrated schedules, staffing, and subcontractor commitments Strong skills in risk and issue management, customer reporting, and coordinating dependencies Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
