Direct message the job poster from Specialty Appliances Orthodontic Laboratory Head of Human Resources at Specialty Appliances Orthodontic Laboratory Specialty Appliances is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and manage all company marketing activities, from event planning to digital marketing and site management. To grow and scale, the Marketing Manager will expand our marketing capabilities, manage several outsourced agencies, build out a small team over time and work with cross-functional team members to drive new customer acquisition, increase cross-selling, and develop attrition-reducing strategies. The Marketing Manager will work to advance our go-to-market strategy and support a website rebuild. The Marketing Manager will put in place practices that allow the business to scale and will use data to inform decision-making. A successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and will report directly to the CEO. Are you an experienced Marketing Manager or someone who is ready to take that next step? We are a rapidly growing manufacturer of orthodontic appliances with annual revenue of $25+ million and have been in business since 1981. We are backed by a seasoned growth-oriented private equity firm, Reynolda Equity Partners. We are known for our industry-leading quality, unparalleled customer service, and short lead times. We operate with a startup mentality and are targeting to double sales and triple EBITDA in the next three years through acquisitions and organic growth. In this role, you will… Gain valuable experience and be trained by a Fortune 600 CMO, global marketer from Coca-Cola, our CEO. Develop, execute, and optimize key marketing programs/promotions across different media. Manage multiple outsourced agencies. Manage marketing budget currently at $200K but expected to grow to $500K or more. Determine events to attend and ensure execution on strategy to drive revenue in all events. (Biggest event of the year is the AAO with a budget of $100K.) Develop annual marketing plan and execute plan while working cross-functionally to ensure optimal execution. Monitor progress and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to CEO. Identify need for research and conduct research with market research firms as needed. Develop, gain approval for, and execute against new product launch plans. Ability to travel across the US to attend trade shows and events as needed, less than 10% of your time. Key Metrics: Revenue, number of new accounts, % increase in customers buying 2-5 product families. In this role, you’ll need to have… Bachelor's Degree 3-4 years of significant/broad marketing experience (marketing coordinator experience does not count). 1-2 years of digital marketing experience preferred. Experience in dental, medical device, medical technology, or related industries preferred. Proven ability to be analytical and a problem solver. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
