Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapeutic services to a varied client base, focusing on children, adolescents, and adults experiencing trauma and other mental health challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored case conceptualizations to identify clients’ needs and treatment goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed, ensuring optimal care through thorough case communication and management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Advocate for best practices in trauma therapy, and contribute to the development and enhancement of treatment protocols and methodologies.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, guiding them through therapeutic processes and empowering them toward recovery and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, with a strong focus on individuals and families impacted by trauma. You will work closely with children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet their unique backgrounds and challenges. This role is pivotal in creating a safe space for clients to explore their experiences and achieve healing.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure in the State of Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a primary therapist or functional experience in therapeutic relationships at another level of behavioral health care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with trauma-informed therapy practices and evidence-based treatment methods.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation and case management.

Compensation and Benefits
