Surgical Services Director

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Surgical Services Director! Full Relocation!A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.Ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit/departments in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. Supports a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.Reports to COO200+ bed facility/12 OR'sOver 7 depts (7 departments – OR proper, PACU/recovery room, same day surgery unit (do not have surgery center, center within hospital), CSS, Infusion center (mostly outpatient), & GI. 120 staff members xhyhwjd Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree requiredMaster's Degree PreferredCertified in Basic Life Support2+ years recent Acute Care Director of Surgical Services experience Required
