Your future starts here!Job SummaryPicking and staging materials to keep assemblers supplied with parts between both Delavan, WI facilities.Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory transactions. Processing orders for shipping and production areas. Performs material handling duties as needed. Completes general and overall warehousing duties.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesOrder picking -- handling the receipt, movement, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established proceduresProcessing, packaging, shipping and/or storing supplies, materialsAccounting for all materials and supplies by auditing goods received into warehouseOperating a forklift and pallet jack, as neededFollowing the required operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of the facility and equipmentDeliver and pick up of materials to and from lines as needed.Assist with inventory management.Package, crate, and prepare materials for shipping.Deliver and pick up required materials between facilities.Perform material handling, shipping, and receiving tasks as required.Always following safety policies and protocols.Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesThe ability to lift 40 pounds of weight using proper lifting or team-lift techniquesExperience using a forklift and/or pallet jack preferred; ability to pass forklift training requiredComputer inventory experience preferredCycle count experience preferredRF Scanner experience preferredGood organizational and attention to detail skillsGood communication skills to interact with multiple levels and titles, and internal and external contactsExceptional teamwork skillsA solid work ethic including reliabilityEducation and ExperienceA high school diploma or equivalent with at least two (2) years of related experience is preferred.CompetenciesAligning Performance for Success - Focusing and guiding others in accomplishing work objectives.Building a Successful Team - Using appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team; facilitating the completion of team goals.Building Trust - Interacting with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.Coaching and Developing Others - Providing feedback, instruction, and development guidance to help others excel in their current or future job responsibilities; planning and supporting the development of individual skills and responsibilities.Communication - Clearly and succinctly conveying information and ideas to individuals and groups in a variety of situations; communicating in a focused and compelling way that drives others' thoughts and actions.
