About the Role

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Home Advisors / Appointment Setters . This is a field-based canvassing position where you’ll work directly with homeowners to identify potential roofing, solar, and home improvement needs and schedule appointments for our Project Consultants.

You’ll work side-by-side with an experienced team, receive hands-on training, and have the opportunity to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners face-to-face
• Educate homeowners on roofing, solar, and home improvement solutions
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for Project Consultants
• Track appointments and lead activity
• Represent the company professionally in the community

Daily Expectations

To be successful in this role, you should expect to:

• Speak with 40–60 homeowners per day
• Schedule 2–6 appointments per day
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Consistently follow company training and systems

This is an active, people-focused position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and controlling their own income.
