Your Role As the B2B Sales Representative, your mission will be to drive new business development by identifying and nurturing B2B client relationships. You will help companies craft custom gift and incentive programs that reflect their brand’s culture and goals. Through a consultative sales process, you’ll become a trusted partner to your clients, ensuring their needs are met from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development : Identify and engage potential B2B clients that align with our ideal customer profile. Build relationships with decision-makers and close sales. Tailored Solutions : Craft unique, branded gift programs that exceed client expectations, leveraging our core product offerings and customization options to suggest products and services that meet their needs. Collaboration : Work closely with the founder and graphic designer to develop compelling presentations, quotes, and proposals that win business. Client Relationships : Maintain ongoing relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying future opportunities. Alert clients to new products and services that may be of interest. Sales Process Management : Record client interactions and manage sales activities using Salesforce and our proprietary quoting software to track progress and follow through on commitments. Post-Sale Success : Ensure smooth transitions from sales to production team and shipping while maintaining ongoing communication with clients, resolve any issues that may arise post-sale to guarantee satisfaction. Key Outcomes: Expand Client Base: Establish a steady pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients. Deliver High-Quality Presentations: Ensure all presentations and quotes are on-brand and reflect our core values. Enhance Client Experience: Provide exceptional service by being responsive, understanding client needs, and offering creative, relevant solutions. Foster Recurring Business: Cultivate repeat sales through strong business partnerships based on mutual success. Track Activity: Keep detailed records of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any issues with customer or vendor relationships. Skills You’ll Need to Thrive: Communication : Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, actively listen, and respond to client inquiries while demonstrating an understanding of their needs. Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint for presentations as well as lead Zoom or Microsoft Teams meetings, Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and in-house quoting software. Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently and take ownership of your sales pipeline, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Organization : Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple sales leads and opportunities simultaneously. Creative & Practical : Possess a keen eye for design and a talent for artfully combining elements to create exceptional gifts and incentives balanced with a strong understanding of client needs, budget parameters, and the client’s ultimate objectives for their program. Education & Additional Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related field preferred. Experience with RFPs and preparing formal quotes. A minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, ideally with a background in corporate gifts, employee recognition, or event planning. Base Salary Range : $70,000 to $80,000 annually, plus uncapped commission Student Loan Reimbursement : $5,250 at first year work anniversary (tax free) Professional Development : Ongoing tuition reimbursement to support your career growth. Health & Wellness : Health Insurance Reimbursement up to $529.16/month. Paid Time Off : 3 weeks of personal time off annually. Profit Sharing : Generous profit-sharing plan starting at year 3. Paid Holidays and Company-Wide Celebrations to keep the team spirit alive! Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs at times. Must have a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record.
