Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Design and implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians and clinical staff Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Lead team meetings and coordinate care among clinical team members Train and support parents, caregivers, and school staff in ABA strategies Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review client data to ensure treatment effectiveness Requirements Active BCBA certification required Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to kneel, squat, and move actively during sessions Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
