We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join a non-profit organization in Piedmont, South Carolina on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent position. This role supports day-to-day marketing efforts through campaign coordination, communications assistance, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable contributing to email, social media, direct marketing, and event-related initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Review marketing data and prepare reports that highlight campaign performance, audience engagement, and key trends.
• Assist with the development and coordination of marketing communications across email, social media, and direct outreach channels.
• Help organize promotional activities and provide logistical support for events tied to community engagement and fundraising efforts.
• Contribute to the execution of email campaigns, including scheduling, content coordination, and distribution support.
• Support social media activity by helping maintain content calendars, preparing posts, and tracking engagement metrics.
• Work with internal stakeholders to keep marketing projects on schedule and ensure materials are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide administrative and project support for ongoing marketing activities, helping maintain consistency across initiatives.• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, communications, or related promotional activities.
• Ability to gather, interpret, and summarize data for reporting purposes.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign coordination processes.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and engagement tracking.
• Experience assisting with event coordination or promotional event support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in a detail-oriented environment.
