About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to join its Executive Team and play a pivotal role in the organization's global mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in fundraising, marketing, and communications, with a focus on driving financial sustainability and expanding the organization's impact. This includes leading a major comprehensive fundraising campaign to support the ambitious goal of increasing the annual budget significantly within the next 5-10 years. The CAO will work closely with the CEO and other team members to ensure that the organization's vision of safe water for all and the experience of God's love is realized through the development and sharing of best-in-class safe water solutions. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a proven track record in fundraising, with experience in leading large-scale campaigns and a deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to inspire and engage stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing and communications, with the skills to effectively promote the organization's mission and values. A strong commitment to the mission of the company and the ability to work in a faith-based environment are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred. The CAO should be a dynamic leader, capable of managing a diverse team and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
