Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a per diem Physical Therapy (PT) position to join our team of skilled therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility . Key Responsibilities: Evaluate residents’ conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands‑on therapy & stretching Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort PT Requirements Include: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program Current New York State PT License What we offer our Physical Therapists: Highly competitive compensation Mentorship and clinical support for all therapists Willing to hire and train new grad physical therapists!
