Job Details This role supports attorneys in a plaintiff-side personal injury practice and plays a key role in keeping cases moving efficiently. The Legal Assistant will handle administrative and case-related tasks, communicate with clients and outside parties, and help manage files from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities include: Assisting attorneys with day-to-day case management
Drafting and formatting correspondence and legal documents
Managing calendars, deadlines, and scheduling
Organizing files, records, and discovery materials
Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers
