Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an IMC/Intermediate Care position requiring telemetry, vent, and transplant experience across both a Medical/Progressive Care unit and a Thoracic unit.

Details

• Work across two IMC units: an Acute Medical/Progressive Care unit and a Thoracic unit
• Patient population includes telemetry, oncology, cardiac, and PCU/stepdown-level patients
• Ventilator and transplant patient care included in caseload
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
• Schedule runs Monday through Friday with every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage required for some holidays

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications — AHA-issued only
• Telemetry experience required, including oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/stepdown settings
• Ventilator management experience required
• Transplant patient care experience required

Additional Information

• Must pass a telemetry competency test prior to starting the assignment
• 13-week travel contract
