\n Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient specialty team at Wellness Park .\n

\n Position Highlights \n

\n
\n REQUIREMENT: Minimum of 2 years of rheumatology-specific experience\n
\n
\n Outpatient-only Rheumatology practice\n
\n
\n Collaborative care model working closely with rheumatology physicians\n
\n
\n Rheumatology experience preferred (new graduates with strong interest considered)\n
\n
\n Average volume: 1215 patients/day\n
\n
\n Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation\n
\n
\n Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions\n
\n
\n Cerner EMR, AI-assisted charting\n

\n Compensation & Benefits (40 hours/week)\n

\n
\n Base Salary: $120,000 $130,000 (based on experience)\n
\n
\n Includes 200 hours vacation/CME time\n
\n
\n wRVU Productivity Bonus (no cap): Estimated $10,000 $20,000+ annually\n
\n
\n CME / Board Certification Allowance: $3,500 per year\n
\n
\n Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Malpractice Insurance\n
\n
\n 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match (beginning year 2)\n
\n
\n Sick time accrual up to 600 hours\n
