Senior Accounts Payable Manager

Overview Well established and growing organization targeting an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join the team! Role is hybrid OC Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 + bonus Responsibilities Manage the accounts payable function across multiple entities. Oversee outsourced and offshore AP teams and workflows. Lead AP month-end close activities. Manage vendor setup, maintenance, and invoice processing. Process ACH, wire, and check payments. Oversee corporate credit cards, expense reporting, and Concur administration. Reconcile expenses and maintain accurate AP records. Generate aging reports and monitor outstanding liabilities. Partner with accounting leadership on process improvements and system enhancements. Support audits, tax payments, and special projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. 5+ years of accounts payable experience. Experience in high-volume, multi-entity environments. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Experience with Concur is preferred.
