Job Title: Enrollment Service Representative
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
Location: San Jose, CA 95112 | On-site

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and community-focused  Enrollment Service Representative – Outreach to support enrollment and education efforts within the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, presenting information, and making a meaningful impact by helping individuals navigate healthcare options.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face outreach and provide enrollment assistance to individuals and groups
• Present healthcare plan options and educate beneficiaries on available services
• Support enrollment and disenrollment processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with county staff, community organizations, and clients
• Participate in community events, outreach programs, and health fairs
• Accurately document interactions and maintain records in CRM systems
• Perform data entry and transmit enrollment information per established procedures
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed
• Provide support for medical exemption and waiver inquiries
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards
• Identify and report process improvements and compliance concerns

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish (reading and writing)
• Minimum typing speed of 20+ WPM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Willingness to travel locally within the county and surrounding areas

• Experience in human services, customer service, or community outreach
• Public speaking, teaching, or presentation experience
• Experience working with diverse or underserved population
• Comfortable presenting information to individuals and groups
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
