The team specializes in commercial litigation and financial services litigation matters. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team that values professional growth, work-life balance, and long-term career development — backed by competitive compensation, strong benefits, and a culture built on mutual respect between attorneys and support staff.What You'll DoSupport multiple attorneys across active commercial and financial services litigation mattersManage case files from inception through resolution, keeping everything organized and trial-readyConduct factual investigations and interviews to identify key parties, issues, and relevant documents for discoveryAssist in preparing responses to interrogatories and requests for production, including ESI productionCoordinate depositions and assist with summarizing depositions, medical records, and testimony using litigation support technologyDraft pleadings and filings for federal and state civil litigation, including e-filingSupport trial preparation — exhibits, demonstrative aids, witness coordination — and assist at trialVerify case citations for accuracy and current validity through WestlawMaintain attorney calendars and case deadlinesInteract directly with clients, court personnel, and government officialsWhat You BringMinimum of a high school diploma or GED required. 4-year college degree in paralegal studies or paralegal certificate is preferred4 years experience working with complex litigation is required. Specifically experience with commercial litigation/ business litigation is required.Trial prep experience strongly preferredStrong computer literacy, including MS Office and document management systemsExperience with litigation support software and electronic discovery tools preferredExcellent organizational skills, time management, and sharp proofreading abilityStrong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approachExperience LevelOur client is open to candidates at different stages of their career — both experienced paralegals who can step in with minimal ramp-up, and less experienced candidates who are highly motivated, coachable, and eager to grow.
