This is a high-impact product-facing role at the intersection of Salesforce technology, enterprise customers, and product strategy. You will act as a key bridge between business needs and technical execution, shaping how enterprise-grade Salesforce-native solutions are designed, prioritized, and delivered. The role goes far beyond traditional analysis, requiring deep product ownership, strong Salesforce ecosystem expertise, and the ability to translate complex enterprise requirements into scalable, secure, and high-value product capabilities. You will work closely with executive leadership and engineering teams to define roadmap direction, influence platform evolution, and help build category-defining DevOps and security solutions. In a fast-moving environment shaped by AI and Salesforce platform innovation, your decisions will directly impact product strategy, customer success, and competitive positioning. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in both technical depth and product execution.

Accountabilities

• Own and contribute to the product vision and roadmap across multiple Salesforce-native product lines, ensuring alignment with enterprise customer needs and market evolution.
• Translate complex Salesforce platform capabilities and enterprise requirements into clear, actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering teams to drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release coordination, and end-to-end delivery of product features.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and refine product direction based on real-world feedback.
• Analyze the competitive Salesforce ecosystem and identify opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and new category creation.
• Support AI-driven product innovation by defining intelligent workflows, automation capabilities, and next-generation DevOps and governance features.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support demos, deal strategy, and competitive evaluations for strategic accounts.

Requirements

This role requires strong Salesforce ecosystem expertise combined with hands-on product and technical analysis experience in enterprise B2B environments. The ideal candidate brings deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including metadata-driven systems, deployment models, security frameworks, and ISV ecosystem dynamics. You should have a proven track record of working closely with engineering teams to deliver enterprise software, as well as experience gathering and translating complex business requirements into structured technical solutions. Strong familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and security/compliance considerations is highly valuable. Experience working with regulated industries or Fortune 500 customers is a strong advantage. You should be highly execution-oriented, comfortable writing detailed product documentation, and able to operate confidently in fast-paced, technical environments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.

• 7+ years of product management, technical business analysis, or related experience in B2B SaaS
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Lightning, security models, and deployment processes
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, or enterprise security tooling
• Proven ability to write PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications for engineering teams
• Experience working with enterprise customers, ideally including Fortune 500 or regulated industries
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present to both technical and executive audiences
