Machine Operator | Day & Graveyard Shifts

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking for stability, hands-on work, and long-term career growth in manufacturing.

Temporary  Machine Operator Duties :

• Run automated machines that produce small, precision parts (either injection molded plastic components or automated assembly of electronic parts)
• Load materials and keep machines running smoothly by monitoring cycles and making simple adjustments when needed
• Make hands-on machine adjustments such as alignment, sensors, pin placement, or process settings to keep parts accurate and in spec 
• Check parts during production using visual inspection and basic measuring tools to ensure quality standards are consistently met 
• Support overall production flow by tracking output, staging materials, and moving finished parts to the next step in the process

Schedule : 

• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7am – 3:30pm
• Day shift: Monday to Wednesday, every other Thursday, 5:45am-6pm
• Graveyard shift: Monday to Friday, 12:30am-8:30am 
  • Training Monday to Friday, 1pm-9:30pm

Pay : $20 per hour

Temporary  Machine Operator Requirements :

• 1 year of manufacturing machine operation experience within the past 5 years
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Familiar using computer daily on the job for tracking production
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
