What Were Looking For:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone who enjoys sales and is motivated by achieving goals
• Comfortable working leads and following up with prospective clients
• Self-driven, dependable, and coachable
• A genuine desire to help peoplenot just make a sale
• Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products.
• Educate customers on coverage options and recommend solutions based on their needs.
• Follow up with leads promptly and consistently.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Active Texas Property & Casualty License required (Life & Health license is a plus or willingness to obtain).
• Complete the personality assessment.
• Previous sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
