Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – NOC: 10pm-6:30PM

Permanent, Direct hire in Portland., Oregon 

Sunday and Monday are mandatory work days and you maty choose your days off from Tuesday to Saturday

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to join our nursing team in an assisted living healthcare setting.

This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys working independently, supporting residents, and taking a leadership role during the overnight shift.

What You'll Do

• Provide nursing care and monitor residents' health and well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with resident care plans and treatment plans.
• Respond to urgent situations and resident needs.
• Perform assessments and neurological checks following falls.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, home health agencies, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in  PointClickCare/EHR systems .
• Monitor medications, medication carts, and supplies.
• Support direct-care staff when needed.
• Help ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and compassionate care.
• Serve as the  Manager on Duty during the NOC shift , handling overnight concerns and contacting on-call leadership when necessary.

What We're Looking For

• Current and active  Oregon LPN license .
• At least 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience .
• Assisted living experience is preferred.
• Behavioral health or experience working with individuals with complex needs is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently on the overnight shift.
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to quality resident care.
