This role involves assisting customers in selecting furniture and décor, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an inviting showroom environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional shopping experience. Assist customers in selecting furniture, accessories, and design solutions that meet their needs and preferences. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Generate sales through product knowledge, consultative selling, and follow-up communication. Process sales transactions, financing applications, and special orders accurately. Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain showroom appearance, merchandise displays, and product presentation standards. Stay informed on product collections, design trends, and promotions. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, preferably in furniture, home furnishings, luxury goods, or interior design. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems. Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in furniture sales or interior design.
