Requirements: BLS, ACLS required; Must have Epic experience; Must adhere to UVAs float policy; Can submit with VA license pending
Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to step down unit patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in compliance with medical standards.
• Follow hospital policies regarding float and scheduling procedures.
