Home Care MarketerA healthcare services organization is seeking an energetic and professional Home Care Marketer to expand its pediatric program through community outreach and relationship building.Responsibilities Include:Conduct field-based outreach to case managers, care coordinators, and community organizationsBuild and maintain relationships with healthcare partners and community stakeholdersGenerate patient referrals and drive program enrollmentWork within internal intake and coordination processesMeet enrollment targets while maintaining professional standardsCollaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach strategiesIdeal Qualifications:Energetic, self-motivated, and resilient personalityStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsComfortable with fieldwork and community engagementPersistent and not easily discouraged by rejectionProfessional communication and presentation skillsHealthcare marketing or outreach experience preferredCoachable with strong potential to growSalary: $55k - $60k/Year + Commission
