Private Client Advisor II

Job Description This job is responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening client relationships, and building upon an internal and external network to achieve business development goals. Key responsibilities include leading the Client Management Process and partnering across the enterprise to provide a Branded Client Experience, including access to the full array of Private Bank services to meet specific client needs. Job expectations include ensuring retention of clients. Responsibilities Lead the Client Process Management Process within the client team to identify new business development opportunities. Source new clients in alignment with the bank’s established risk appetite. Lead the client team to deliver meaningful interactions and a Branded Client Experience. Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy, and respond to changes in the business environment or client needs. Advocate for clients and prospects as their trusted advisor, providing integrated recommendations including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management. Encourage use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience. Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Required Skills 12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience, or equivalent industry experience. Experience driving new business development for a target client segment with $3MM+ investable assets. Ability to present a holistic, integrated approach leveraging the entire Private Bank platform. High-touch, client-focused interpersonal skills. Leadership in identifying and acting on client engagement opportunities. Strong influencing and closing abilities. Solutions-oriented with sales and financial aptitude. Skilled negotiator. Collaborative team player capable of identifying when to involve specialists. Leadership experience within a team and broader business community. Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required; candidates may obtain licenses within 90 days if unlicensed. Desired Skills MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred. CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD a significant plus. Minimum Education Requirement High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Shift 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week 40 Pay $100,000.00 – $275,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
