Senior Client Advisor

Summary The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for driving client development and sales while maintaining exceptional customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards. This role supports store operations, opens and closes the store, and may oversee staff and store responsibilities in the absence of Store Management. Responsibilities Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communications. Maintain selling floor presentation, merchandise visuals, and store standards. Support operational tasks including opening and closing procedures and special events. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Prior retail/boutique experience selling high-end goods with a clientele-oriented approach. Availability to work variable schedules including weekends for stores open seven days a week. Strong interpersonal, communication, time management skills, and professional demeanor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
