Job Description
The Air National Guard SME and Enterprise-Wide Program Manager serves as the subject matter expert and program manager for energy and energy resiliency contracts. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing all Air National Guard headquarters energy and energy resiliency special programs. The role involves preparing professional playbooks, articles, implementation plans, guidance, program policy letters, training, and other official publications to support the Air National Guard and balance state/territory and federal missions. Additionally, the position requires representing the Air National Guard on committees and technical working groups, staying current on policy and technical developments, and advising on Air National Guard level decisions and policy.
