Senior Accountant
QUICK USA, Inc.
Senior Accountant (Japanese Bilingual)
Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as providing accounting-related consulting services to our clients. Work closely with the Accounting Manager to provide high-quality service to clients.
Essential Duties
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Prepare and review general ledger entries and reconcile accounts
- Prepare and review journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and depreciation
- Provide bookkeeping and payroll services for clients
- Assist with company set-up and incorporation services for clients
- Perform internal control testing support and internal audit support services for clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and regulatory requirements, including GAAP and tax regulations
- Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Review and analyze financial data and provide insights to the Accounting Manager
- Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
- Participate in the preparation of audit schedules and support the internal and external audit process
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax requirements
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager
Working Hours, Working Style
9:00 - 18:00 Working Location Work from home in the US
