Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management

Leading analytics-driven strategies, the full-time Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management will manage cross-functional initiatives across key revenue growth levers while working remotely and coaching junior talent to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and recommend strategic pricing moves based on elasticity, competitive trends, and P&L impacts Shape pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies to maximize value by channel and customer Run gross-to-net routines and inform discount strategies aligned with value propositions Required Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in CPG revenue growth management, pricing, or commercial finance with a focus on analytics Advanced knowledge of strategic pricing and promotional analytics Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
