Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain organized systems for managing new doctor lists, follow-up schedules, communications, and account activity. Manage the ordering and replenishment of promotional inventory, including doctor gifts, baby gifts, student gifts, raffle items, and prizes. Support event initiatives, including planning and coordinating large-scale tours and other laboratory events. Coordinate new doctor welcome kits and support the nurturing and development of new doctor leads, ensuring new accounts receive the resources and support needed for continued success. Generate and review weekly reports, collect and analyze account data, monitor customer health, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide updates on new and developing accounts. Maintain effective communication and coordination across departments to ensure marketing initiatives, materials, and departmental needs are addressed in a timely manner. Plan and coordinate vendor events and meetings, including communicating with vendors, organizing event materials, and arranging shipment of trade show booths and marketing materials. Attend meetings and industry events as requested, primarily throughout the Southeast region of the United States. Enter and maintain marketing campaigns, promotions, and coupon codes within the Magic Touch database. Develop clinical and educational marketing content, including scripts, e-publications, product announcements, and other promotional materials. Follow up with new doctors throughout their initial cases by making introductory calls, scheduling follow-up communications, and providing ongoing support to encourage a successful onboarding experience. Proofread, edit, and review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand standards, including mailers, advertisements, social media postings, and other promotional communications. Coordinate and organize weekly marketing meetings, as well as meetings involving Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and other departments when marketing support or collaboration is required. Research competitors, including their websites, marketing materials, promotional strategies, pricing, and other relevant industry activities, to help identify market trends and opportunities. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, the Magic Touch database, online server programs, and other software and systems used to support marketing operations. Required Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. No previous experience required; experience in a related field is preferred. Special Skills and Knowledge: Strong written and verbal communication skills; creative promotional and marketing skills; knowledge of marketing strategies and branding; strong attention to detail; and the ability to stay organized, multitask, and provide support across multiple departments. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Familiarity with Adobe, HubSpot, Meta platforms, and other related software and digital tools.
