The Role The Senior Account Executive role is responsible for driving new business growth while nurturing existing customer relationships. This role combines consultative sales, strategic account management, and business development to expand Supacolor’s footprint across assigned territories. Senior AEs are expected to consistently deliver revenue growth by identifying opportunities, closing new accounts, and maintaining strong client satisfaction. Our Core Values Supafast. Supaeasy. Key Responsibilities Senior Account Executives are responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—while also partnering with internal teams to ensure customer success. Core areas of responsibility include: New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities within assigned territory. Account Growth: Expand relationships with existing customers to increase share of wallet. Customer Retention: Maintain strong client relationships to reduce churn and maximize loyalty. Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and position Supacolor’s solutions accordingly. Territory Management: Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals. Collaboration: Work with Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term growth. Insider Sales Up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) New Revenue Attainment: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Account Retention Rate: Maintain strong portfolio performance with minimal churn. Pipeline Health: Maintain accurate forecasts and a balanced pipeline of opportunities. Supa Teamwork: Collaborate across teams and support shared goals. Your Background, Knowledge and Skills Required Experience: 5+ years proven sales experience, ideally in B2B or related industries. Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience managing full sales cycles and complex deals. Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data for decision-making. Solid presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Core Competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Consultative and solution-based selling mindset. Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of the garment decoration, DTF, or heat transfer industry. Familiarity with B2B manufacturing or specialty product markets.
