Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents. Planning and analysis of work processes, researching and reporting trends and patterns of problems. Developing training materials and performing computing/information system training sessions. Developing andmaintainingproblem tracking databases. Installing, troubleshooting, andmaintaininghardware and software. Performing backup and recovery operations. Migrate,updateand sustain DLA Print and Fax solutions. Consulting with users toidentifyneeds and requirements. Conducting feasibility studies and trade-off analyses. Preparing business cases. Discovery,migrationand sustainment of DLA Microsoft OneDrive presence Ensuring the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices. May berequiredto support DLA's eProcurement system, a segment of its SAP-based enterprise resource planning system.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Active DoD Secret clearance Six (6) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing: Three (3) of which are specialized in Information Processing and involve a range of hardware/software solutions Two (2) of which are concentrated, hands-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems and training customers in the use of software and hardware Must hold one of the following active certifications: CCNA-Security

CSA+ GICSP

GSEC Security+ CE SSCP

CASP CE

CCNP Security CISA CISSP (or Associate) GCED GCIH Must hold one of the following active computing certifications or related Microsoft computing certification of Server 2012 or above: AWS CS Specialty AWS CSA Associate AWS CSA Professional AWS CSO Admin Associate GCDA

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
