Shift: 6-8 flexible 24-hour shifts per month

Hours/week: Varies based on shifts

Certifications/License: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

Experience: Hospitalist experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Base pay range: $285,120 to $380,160 annually, based on shifts worked

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

What You'll Do

• Provide direct OB/GYN hospitalist coverage at Swedish Medical Center-First Hill and Swedish Issaquah
• Support labor and delivery, surgical assists, and obstetric emergencies
• Manage obstetric triage and emergency situations such as ectopic pregnancies and torsions
• Perform routine gynecological procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy
• Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine and OB teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Participate in teaching OB fellows and residents for academic growth
• Promote patient safety and satisfaction in a collegial team environment

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Valid medical license in Washington State
• Residency completed within the local area (relocation may be required)

Preferred:

• Experience supporting MFM or OB hospitalist services
• Enthusiasm for teaching and collaborative care
