Shift: Four-day work week (day shifts)

• Salary: $525,000 - $600,000 (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine care across inpatient and outpatient settings for high-risk pregnancies
• Conduct advanced diagnostics including ultrasound and genetic testing
• Perform full-scope MFM procedures and reproductive health services
• Manage a diverse, high-acuity patient population in a facility supporting 7,500+ deliveries annually
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OB hospitalists, neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and advanced practice providers
• Support outreach services to regional locations, including Everett and Issaquah
• Participate in postpartum care, mentoring OB/GYN residents, and supporting clinical research initiatives
• Engage in fetal echocardiography, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), and other specialized procedures

What You Need

• Active or eligible Board Certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• State medical license in Washington or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical skills in high-risk pregnancy management and advanced diagnostics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a high-acuity maternal-fetal medicine setting
• Skills in fetal echocardiography and CVS
