You'll push past the status quo to provide an experience that's unmistakably LC.The Difference You Will MakeUnder the immediate supervision of the Director of Operations, the Operations Associate is responsible for all aspects of business operations management within property management.Who You AreProvide support to Operations Manager with short and long-term strategic projectsSupport on-site leasing teams with leasing system tech support items and one-off requests, as approved by leadershipSupport as an alternate main point of home office contact for leasing operationsDrafting of communications as neededHelp administer and update the leasing operations systemsSupport leadership with operational training initiatives for site teamsHelp research and prepare presentations to support new initiatives & strategiesReview, edit, and distribute SOP documentation to all pertinent team members;Schedule team-wide meetings and training as neededWork collaboratively with IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, & Development teams on cross-functional projects and initiativesUpdate & maintain all portfolio-wide electronic documents in the leasing operations systemWork with outside vendors on leasing-focused accounts & projectsCompletes other tasks as directed and assigned.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred but high school degree or equivalent is required.Previous work experience in residential property management, administrative, or customer service is preferred.Ability to learn fair housing regulations required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail.Time management skills.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and to work independently.Familiarity with technology systems and concepts, including, but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Google Suites.Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.Lifestyle Communities (LC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
