DCS Mail Team Admin

As a DCS Mail Team Admin, you will be tracking all outgoing mail packages and mortgage documents to various customers. You will also be responsible for researching and sending back to the sender any documents that are not found on our system of record. When needed, you will be responsible for assisting the reinstatement team with reviewing files by verifying that the accurate information is present per our systems utilizing a checklist. You will generate reports using the standard system, establishing yourself as a crucial part in the success of U.S Bank's Document Custody Services.

Job tasks include:

• Tracking all outgoing mail
• Review and process mortgage documents to company standard/checklists and computer system EMBTrust
• Data entry
• Report generating
• Scan documents
• Labeling files
• Organize carts and baskets
• Filing documents
• Meet deadlines/daily production requirements
• Assist with other departments dependent of business needs and work volume

Work environment: DCS St. Paul is a secure site, with badge access only entrances and a professional culture. Dependent on your job role, you will either have limited or full access to all areas of the building. We take security very serious as we are dealing with very sensitive information. We have two (2) break rooms, three (3) pairs of bathrooms, vending machines, and fully functional appliances: refrigerators, microwaves, Kuerig coffee maker.

Basic qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent work experience in a financial work environment
• Basic Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to meet deadlines/daily production requirements
• Ability to adapt to new processes
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work with leadership and peers
• Ability to take direction
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 25lbs

Preferred skills/experience:

• Familiarity with mortgage documents preferred
• Familiarity with EMBTrust
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong time management, organization, and problem solving skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (manipulating data, vLookups, locating trends, etc.)
